Processing Time:
Some items are ready to ship but others are made to order so processing time may vary but generally, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to processed and fulfilled. There may be times when orders may be processed sooner. Please reach out via email wildlyurbanco@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Shipping Details:
Shipments are generally sent on Mondays and Wednesdays in order to limit time in transit. Please contact wildlyurbanco@gmail.com and include your order number if you would like your order shipped sooner or if you need your order held to be delivered at a later date.
Most packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail depending on package weight.
If you would like your package to be insured, please select and pay for "Priority Mail"
I am not responsible for wrong addresses, lost or missing packages. If your package shows that it was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, roommate, etc. I will not resend your order for free. You will need to reorder.
Air plants are easy to ship and rarely have any issues during the shipping process. Minor broken leaves during transit (can easily be trimmed) may occur as the handling of packages after they leave my workshop is beyond my control. I pack your plants very carefully to avoid any such damage.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If there is extensive damage to your shipment, please contact me within one day of delivery and include photos of the box and damaged item(s) so I can file an insurance claim with the shipping company (USPS or UPS). Damage will only be covered up to $50 unless additional insurance is purchased. Insurance only covers damage or loss of the package by the USPS
If there is an issue with your order that you've received outside of a shipping issue, please contact me within one day and we can work together to resolve.
